Requirements
- 7–9+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Salesforce Data Architecture, or CRM Data Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Expert-level knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Apex.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), Data Loader, Bulk API 2.0, and Platform Events.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture (Shield, encryption, permission sets).
- Expert-level SQL skills and strong Python proficiency (Pandas, NumPy).
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and CI/CD/DevOps (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, synchronize, and manage large datasets within Salesforce.
- Develop integration solutions connecting Salesforce with enterprise applications through modern APIs and middleware.
- Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, Pandas, and NumPy to identify trends and data-quality issues.
- Design, optimize, and maintain Salesforce data models supporting reporting and analytics.
- Enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards across Salesforce environments.
- Monitor and optimize data integrations and workflows to improve performance.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex data structures into actionable insights.
