Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in test planning, strategies, and end-to-end testing processes within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience testing high-volume, scalable web applications using various SDLC methodologies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience documenting test results and discrepancies between design and performance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead on a large and complex IT project ($20M+ budget).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in usability testing.
- Working knowledge of various programming languages and development platforms.
- Relevant certification or bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to provide professional references from management or supervisory roles for applicable projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client staff and System Integrators to maintain product quality.
- Review System Integrator test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts for requirement adherence.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests.
- Perform defect triage, document discrepancies, and suggest workarounds.
- Communicate critical issues and risks to management.
- Provide testing expertise in usability, security, regression, and automation.
- Ensure test artifacts comply with client quality assurance and validation metrics.
