Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HRBP roles.
- Experience managing Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, IDPs, PIPs, Succession Planning, and Career Development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Google Sheets/Excel and dashboard reporting experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using HRIS, Talent Management, or LMS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Small Improvements, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier, n8n, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive Trafilea's performance and talent development programs.
- Own and execute the Performance Review cycle from planning to completion.
- Manage Talent Calibration, IDPs, PIPs, Succession Planning, and Promotion processes.
- Track talent metrics and deliver dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
- Partner with leaders and HRBPs to drive talent development and process adoption.
- Maintain career frameworks, job leveling, and competency documentation.
- Create and facilitate training, workshops, and learning materials for managers and employees.
- Identify and implement process improvements using data, AI, and automation tools.
