Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions
- Solid understanding of Python
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate
- 2+ years of experience with LangChain
- 2+ years of experience with large language models (LLMs) or vLLMs
- 2+ years of experience with RAG or OpenAI
- Advanced proficiency in English for business communication and self-presentation
- Strong self-organization and ability to work full-time remotely without supervision
- Reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Create projects from scratch with a deep understanding of application architecture
- Discuss business tasks, justify technical decisions, and communicate issues with clients
- Collaborate directly with clients, often those with technical backgrounds
- Onboard to new projects promptly and start delivering results quickly
- Work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
