Requirements
- Native-level Arabic with strong professional English proficiency.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics Coordination.
- Strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, and procurement procedures.
- Familiarity with GCC manufacturing environments.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
- Access to reliable internet for task completion.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in GCC operational contexts.
- Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices across GCC manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
