  • Mac with M2 processor or equivalent high-spec PC capable of 4K/6K editing.
  • Proven video-editing experience.
  • High English proficiency in speaking and reading.
  • Strong technical skills for cloud platforms and AI video tools.
  • USB noise-canceling headset and functional webcam.
  • Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps.
  • Backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and schedule qualified videographers for shoots.
  • Organize media files and maintain naming conventions using the Shade platform.
  • Review footage to optimize storage usage for clients.
  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Research and utilize AI-driven video production tools.
  • Coordinate editing workflows and assist with general tasks via AI assistants.
