5-12 (+) years PQE

Requirements

  • 5-12+ years PQE.
  • Experience in structured products / ECM / derivatives or broader capital markets, from in-house or private practice.
  • Experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets, or tokenization product.
  • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice for equities and structured / innovative products, supporting them through the full lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, and exit).
  • Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts, building program-level documentation where needed.
  • Work with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
  • Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and help develop scalable legal processes and templates.
