5-12 (+) years PQE

Requirements

  • 5-12 (+) years PQE.
  • Experience in structured products, ECM, derivatives, or broader capital markets.
  • Experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, or tokenization products.
  • Background in-house or in private practice.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice for equities and tokenized securities / structured / innovative products through the full lifecycle.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements, and partner contracts.
  • Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
  • Liaise with regulators on legal matters regarding equities and tokenized securities.
  • Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and develop scalable legal processes and templates.
