Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic customer-facing roles.
- Deep experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record as a strategist with the ability to direct cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise and push back on VP-level stakeholders.
- Startup experience is non-negotiable.
- Experience owning end-to-end renewal and expansion conversations, including negotiations with Finance/Procurement.
- Real fluency with AI tools used daily to extend professional judgment.
- Experience with a health-scoring or CS platform is a plus.
- Ability to travel 10-15% (two to four trips per quarter).
Responsibilities
- Set account strategy and defend it in front of senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
- Own and execute full-cycle renewals, leading negotiations with Finance and VP-level stakeholders.
- Identify and grow internal champions within client organizations.
- Spot underperforming accounts and build strategic plans to capture revenue potential.
- Utilize AI daily for account planning, health monitoring, stakeholder communication, and renewal preparation.
