Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management, including multi-entity group consolidations.
- Deep practical knowledge of both US GAAP and UK GAAP/FRS 102.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of financial close processes and external audit cycles.
- Advanced Excel capabilities including complex financial modeling and reporting.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve finance workflows.
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, or developing accounting professionals.
- Exceptional attention to detail in resolving unreconciled balances and variances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is a plus.
- Experience with Iplicit is desirable.
- Experience working within a high-growth organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close calendar across all entities.
- Lead multi-entity group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and foreign-currency translation.
- Maintain rigorous balance-sheet and bank reconciliation processes.
- Oversee the finance systems environment, including AI-driven workflow automation.
- Lead the external audit process from planning through fieldwork and query resolution.
- Design and strengthen internal financial controls and provide technical accounting guidance.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
- Act as a finance partner to business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
