Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or software delivery.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, repository management, and artifact workflows.
- Proficiency with container technologies and orchestration.
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Practical ability with scripting and configuration languages including Groovy, Bash, Python, Helm, and YAML.
- Strong customer-facing skills with experience in expectation management and structured documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, peer mentoring, or escalation support.
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide delivery leadership to establish consistent engagement quality and best practices.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact customer engagements.
- Mentor and support other delivery engineers through technical guidance and coaching.
- Develop and improve service templates, documentation, and scalable delivery standards.
- Deliver customer service offerings including implementation, configuration, and technical guidance.
- Execute data and configuration activities for product-focused migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
