- Passion for educating individuals to take control and invest in their financial future
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently
- Ability to prioritize work and take direction from multiple team members
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and execute
- Extensive experience in personal finance: Retirement, Equity Compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, Student Loans, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance
- Availability to work various shifts from 8 AM - 11 PM ET Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with clients remotely over video, chat and email to give guidance on topics like budgeting, student loans, retirement readiness, equity compensation, debt management and more
- Advise on the LearnLux methodology to improve and respond to the changing financial environment
- Participate in monthly team meetings to bring subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience
- Become an expert on client benefit plans to act as an extension of their team during open enrollment
- Available to work various shifts from 8 AM - 11 PM ET Monday through Friday, with a typical expectation of 5-15 hours per week
