Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, engineering, compliance, remediation, or water resources.
- Established professional reputation with a network of industry contacts.
- Proven track record in business development and client management in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated success operating as a seller-doer balancing technical and commercial goals.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and application to client operations.
- Experience managing large, complex, or multi-site environmental programs.
- Ability to develop relationships with executives and operations leaders.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring professionals.
Responsibilities
- Build, strengthen, and expand strategic relationships with established and new regional, national, and multi-site clients.
- Identify, develop, and win new opportunities through technical expertise, industry networks, and strategic pursuits.
- Lead client meetings and major proposal efforts while collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Contribute to cross-selling efforts across environmental, engineering, water, infrastructure, and sustainability services.
- Provide technical guidance on compliance, site investigation, remediation, and related environmental services.
- Support project delivery through QA/QC review, technical oversight, and risk-based decision-making.
- Mentor project managers, technical staff, and emerging leaders.
