Requirements
- 10–16 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, market research, data analytics, or business insights.
- Strong experience working with syndicated data and market research datasets.
- Excellent understanding of market research principles, consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Hands-on expertise in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Strong ability to analyze large and complex datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights.
- Experience in developing business reports, management dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical presentations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret syndicated market data, market research data, consumer insights, and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
- Develop meaningful business reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to analyze data, automate reports, create dashboards, and generate insightful visualizations.
- Translate complex datasets into simple, clear, and compelling insights for business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Work with internal teams and business partners to understand reporting requirements and develop customized BI and reporting solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and dashboards through effective data validation and quality checks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish appropriate reporting methodologies.
