Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex and efficient queries for large datasets.
- General understanding of basic marketing and product metrics.
- Ability to select appropriate data visualizations to match analytical tasks and improve UX.
- Strong formalization skills, including ability to refine vague requests into clear technical tasks.
- Habit of documenting technical decisions and metric definitions.
- High attention to detail and sense of responsibility for reporting quality and speed.
- Experience with dbt is a plus.
- Experience with BigQuery is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reliable, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau for marketing and product teams.
- Translate stakeholder requests into clear technical specifications, including metrics, definitions, and audience criteria.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure reporting updates occur on schedule.
- Develop a self-service analytics system to empower the team.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including report definitions, data sources, calculation logic, and metric glossaries.
- Optimize dashboard performance and speed.
