Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer.
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Proficiency with UKG Pro WFM (required).
- Expertise in integrations using UKG Boomi (required).
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) and UKG Pro (required).
- 3+ years of experience developing and testing applications using UKG Workforce Management, Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance, and Schedule Optimization.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS/Cloud practices.
- 2+ years of experience with middleware technologies like Boomi, Apigee, and MOVEit Automation.
- 2+ years of experience developing applications using databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or CosmosDB.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile and DevOps tools like Git/GitLab, SonarQube, JIRA, and Confluence.
- 3+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
- Knowledge of Oracle HRIS or Workday integrations.
Responsibilities
- Write efficient code, review, and assist other engineers with troubleshooting and debugging.
- Modernize back-of-store systems by developing and testing applications.
- Work closely with Solution Engineers, Product, and Stores Engineering teams to estimate, design, code, deploy, and support software components.
- Contribute to the back-of-store roadmap and evaluate/demo new technologies.
- Adhere to corporate security compliance and ensure platform high availability and recoverability.
- Solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency.
