Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and running production Ruby on Rails applications.
- Strong PostgreSQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience building APIs and integrating with third-party systems.
- Comfortable working across the full stack, from database to front-end.
- Ability to own a feature or problem from start to finish.
- Proven experience working well without close supervision.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain product domains.
- Experience with Heroku or AWS.
- Experience working in an early-stage product company.
Responsibilities
- Develop procurement workflows for tenders and live bidding between shippers and carriers.
- Maintain and improve load execution features including bookings, updates, and dock scheduling.
- Build and maintain integrations with customer ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle.
- Develop reporting and analytics tools for customer logistics management.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and reliability as the product scales.
