Requirements
- Strong understanding of CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Ability to quickly learn and master workflow management tools such as Airtable.
- Proactive and analytical mindset for problem-solving and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Receive and log marketing/communication materials from agency partners.
- Review telephonic materials and sales scripts against CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG).
- Submit approved materials to health plan carriers and track submission status.
- Maintain the central marketing repository and link data across agencies, vendors, and approvals.
- Request, track, and log carrier-assigned Submission IDs (SMIDs).
- Own the approved lead vendor list and lead annual vendor audits.
- Produce program KPIs and metrics regarding submission volumes and turnaround times.
