Job Details

3+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, system integration, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with UiPath or strong experience with RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
Programming experience with JavaScript or .NET.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, specifically Azure SQL or similar platforms.
Experience designing and consuming APIs for system integration.
Practical scripting experience.
Solid understanding of system architecture and end-to-end automation design.
Knowledge of master data management principles and product management fundamentals.
Ability to work independently and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Readiness to maintain at least 4 hours of daily overlap with EST.
Git version control experience, including resolving code conflicts.
RPA platform certification (preferably UiPath) is a plus.

Design, develop, deploy, and enhance automation solutions supporting enterprise business functions.
Work independently to define automation approaches and technical solutions for custom and commercial systems.
Build and maintain system integrations using APIs and middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
Design and develop workflows using low-code/no-code tools like Alteryx, Blue Prism, and Workiva.
Manage relational and NoSQL databases to support automation persistence and reporting.
Apply system architecture and master data management principles to ensure scalability and integrity.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automations to ensure reliability and performance.
Document automation designs, data flows, and integration patterns.
