Requirements
- Advanced practical knowledge of Power BI, Power BI Service, and semantic models.
- Strong proficiency in DAX and data model optimization.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL, dbt, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
- Solid understanding of dimension modeling and reusable KPI design.
- Hands-on experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Lakehouse, Warehouse, Direct Lake, Pipelines).
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience using Python or PowerShell for automation and API integration.
- Proven ability to mentor and share technical knowledge with team members.
- Fluency in English for professional communication in international settings.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and maintain semantic models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI.
- Implement business logic within appropriate data architecture layers using dbt and Snowflake.
- Optimize data models, SQL queries, and report performance to support production stability.
- Provide technical mentoring to developers and establish standards for code and model reviews.
- Automate development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes using CI/CD and AI-supported tools.
- Collaborate with international Data/BI teams to align global solutions with local business needs.
