Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power BI Service, and semantic models.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and dbt.
- Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
- Practical knowledge of DAX and optimization of data models and reports.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and analytical solution design.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python or PowerShell).
- Experience in team support, conducting reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Very good command of English (B2) and Polish (C2).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop semantic models and reports in Power BI.
- Design and develop data models in dbt and Snowflake.
- Implement business logic within the appropriate data architecture layers.
- Design end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions from data layers to reports and dashboards.
- Optimize data models, SQL queries, and Power BI reports.
- Support the team in resolving complex technical issues and conduct code/model reviews.
- Mentor developers and establish standards and best practices.
- Automate development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes for BI solutions.
- Utilize APIs, scripts, and AI tools to streamline team operations.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI teams, and business stakeholders in an international environment.
