Requirements

  • Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.
  • Active medical license in at least one state.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Demonstrated family engagement skills.
  • Literacy in computer and live video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe).
  • Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and clinical accreditation frameworks.
  • Experience providing telehealth services in a virtual environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based psychiatric care including medication management for conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
  • Deliver culturally-responsive care via live video appointments while engaging families in the treatment process.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and use data analytics to track patient outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultative support for comprehensive member care.
  • Adhere to ethical, regulatory, and JCAHO standards to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
