Requirements
- 3+ years in a social media or content role, ideally for a sports, fitness, hospitality, or community brand.
- 2+ years hands-on SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Proven portfolio of short-form video (Reels, TikToks) with measurable results.
- Proven graphic design work using Canva Pro or Adobe Suite.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday) 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time.
- Experience with a community-driven, subscription, or membership-model brand is a plus.
- Personal interest in football or team sports is a big plus.
- Familiarity with the UAE market or MENA region is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, and match highlights using tools like CapCut Pro or Descript.
- Create graphic design assets for game announcements, event promos, and sponsor content using Canva Pro.
- Manage Instagram and TikTok presence, including content scheduling, trend-driven posting, and community engagement.
- Own organic search performance through keyword research, on-page SEO, and production of 2-4 SEO-optimized blog articles per month.
- Coordinate with a UAE-based videographer by providing shot briefs and reviewing raw footage.
- Manage Google Business Profile, track performance analytics, and report on growth metrics.
- Develop content calendar plans aligned with game schedules, local campaigns, and community milestones.
