Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, decision science, or equivalent.
- Proven experience serving as the primary data scientist for a specific domain.
- Excellent SQL and Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools such as dbt and Airflow.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Good understanding of business practices, sales, and client behavior.
- Experience with applied statistics and experimentation, including A/B testing, in an industry setting.
- Solid understanding of fundamental machine-learning algorithms.
- Experience deploying machine-learning models into production.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members in a formal or informal capacity.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new, accurate, and reliable data models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Data Science, Commercial Leadership, Sales Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Define, prototype, implement, and improve machine learning models.
- Design experiments to test hypotheses to improve sales processes.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support north star business goals.
- Mentor and teach team members to foster a culture of shared success.
