Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant treasury and finance/accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Proven track record of improving processes.
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is a plus.
- Experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain cash reports and cash forecasts for corporate entities, funds, and portfolio-level entities.
- Analyze and communicate cash needs and recommend intercompany loan amounts.
- Manage banking KYC processes and streamline account opening, closing, and administrative operations.
- Analyze banking fees and recommend service adjustments.
- Prepare transactions for deal fundings, draws, servicing, intercompany reimbursements, and property-level fundings.
- Administer corporate credit card programs and manage vendor template creation.
- Troubleshoot banking services and issues with banking partners.
- Assist with implementation of new treasury systems and document treasury controls.
