Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
- 1–4 years of professional experience in a market access, HEOR, HTA consulting, or closely related healthcare consulting environment.
- Practical understanding of health technology assessment, HEOR, market access, reimbursement policies, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
- Knowledge of global reimbursement systems and HTA requirements.
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative research methods and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
- Ability to work with large data sets, identify insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain complex issues and present data-driven narratives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of client consulting projects addressing health technology assessment, HEOR, market access, and reimbursement.
- Conduct research and analysis covering payer and HTA landscape mapping, HTA submissions, and value-based pricing.
- Develop evidence-based insights using industry platforms, secondary research, clinical guidelines, and pricing data.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations.
- Apply consulting methodologies to identify strategic alternatives and address complex client questions.
- Contribute to business development, including identifying leads and supporting proposal development.
