Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing, paid search, performance marketing, or related role.
  • Prior experience with programmatic advertising strategy and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, DV360, SEMrush, and comparable digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics, conversion tracking, PPC performance, and core digital marketing metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, projects, and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Copilot for reporting, analysis, planning, and productivity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and day-to-day management of paid programmatic, paid search, and shopping campaigns across the North American market.
  • Monitor PPC campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, DV360, and related advertising technologies.
  • Manage shopping feeds, including inventory monitoring, updates, and coordination with platform teams.
  • Brief digital assets including copy, imagery, video, and HTML graphics while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities with external PPC agency partners, including asset delivery and optimization recommendations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, conversions, impressions, spend, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Produce regular performance reports and communicate key insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Mixpanel, and Google Merchant Center to evaluate performance.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives across ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize bids, keywords, placements, and campaign effectiveness.
