Requirements
- Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
- Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spend based on acquisition economics.
- Ability to create own creative assets, including copy, landing pages, and product demos.
- Daily experience using LLMs for research, creative drafting, and data analysis.
- Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.
- Bias for action with comfort operating without a playbook.
- Experience marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic.
- Analyze performance data to shut down underperforming channels quickly.
- Produce marketing assets including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
- Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused requirements.
- Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking from click to aha moment to LTV.
