Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Education or STEM-related majors preferred).
- Availability to work Thursday to Sunday (weekends required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents.
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic personality.
- Ability to engage and excite children effectively.
- Passionate about teaching and working with children.
- Reliable and stable internet connection and computer.
- Prior math teaching experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach online math classes for students on a weekly basis (10-20 classes/week).
- Participate in paid teaching assistant work by attending classes and learning from experienced lead teachers.
- Conduct trial lessons with new students to facilitate enrollment.
- Grade homework weekly.
- Communicate with parents weekly to provide updates on student learning progress and areas for improvement.
