Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS development, primarily with user-facing production features on a modern web stack.
- 5-7 years of experience developing web applications with C# and .NET Core.
- 5+ years of experience with RESTful design patterns and microservices architecture.
- Experience with high-scale cloud mechanisms like event hubs, messaging systems, and data lakes.
- 1+ years of experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Expertise in at least one AI/ML area: semantic search, vector databases, RAG frameworks, LLM orchestration, or prompt engineering.
- Experience working in high transaction, high security environments with SOC2/ISO27001 compliance.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and git workflows, ideally in Azure DevOps.
- Mastery of agile development and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or commensurate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems including semantic search, vector databases, RAG-based architectures, and LLM orchestration patterns.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and robust technical designs in an iterative fashion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Mentor and coach engineering team members to foster professional growth and continuous learning.
- Write reusable code, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Build golden pathways and developer experience tooling to scale engineering capability.
