10+ years of software engineering experience leading technically complex, high-impact initiatives.
Recent experience in a small, agile start-up environment contributing to all phases of the SDLC.
Primary expertise in Go, with comfort working across existing .NET and TypeScript codebases.
Proven experience implementing event-driven architecture within microservices ecosystems (e.g., Apache Kafka).
Experience designing database schemas that support and represent complex business processes.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
Extensive experience with AWS platform capabilities and limitations.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Experience in multi-product architectures and environments shaped by rapid growth or acquisitions.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Shape technical strategy in partnership with leadership to support overarching business goals.
Drive cross-functional priorities by surfacing trade-offs and communicating with product and development teams.
Navigate multi-product environments to identify opportunities for platform consolidation.
Architect flexible, scalable systems and lead design reviews for long-term growth.
Maintain high-quality execution by writing clean code and defining rigorous testing standards.
Lead incident response and post-mortem processes to prevent high-severity issues.
Mentor and elevate surrounding engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to modernize developer workflows and productivity.
