Salary$1,000 weekly retainer plus $100 per hour for every hour in which a call begins (maximum of an additional $1,000). For any virtual visits provided, $150 will be compensated per visit.

- At least 3 years of NP experience, including 2 years in adult oncology with urgent care responsibilities and at least 1 year of telehealth experience.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in adult oncology with urgent care responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in telehealth.
- Unrestricted compact RN and APN license to practice medicine.
- Must hold licensure in a majority of the following states: CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, and WA.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), specifically Elation.
- Comfort and experience with video chatting tools, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound clinical calls to assess clinical status and triage to the appropriate level of care.
- Manage clinical care telephonically or via synchronous audio and video during non-business hours.
- Provide provider escalations on Saturdays for nursing staff.
- Document interactions, place orders, and schedule follow-up tasks using Thyme Care and Elation EHR platforms.
- Provide member-centered, trauma-informed, evidence-based medical care in alignment with internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with Thyme Care RNs, non-clinical staff, and physicians.
