Requirements
- Candidates must be based within a +/-2 time zone from Malta
- Proven experience as a Freelance Recruiter or in a similar role within a recruitment agency
- Understanding IT essentials and requirements
- Sales driven with a can-do approach
- High level of organization and communication skills in English
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Responsibilities
- Identify market potential by qualifying accounts.
- Initiate sales by scheduling appointments and understanding client requirements.
- Close sales by building rapport with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Match candidates with vacancies from various clients.
- Expand sales in existing accounts by developing new leads.
- Create and implement an efficient customer and candidate database.
- Manage the entire recruitment, selection, and placement process for IT profiles.
