Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Five (5) years of professional experience within the financial service industry.
- Five (5) years of professional experience in risk analytics, mitigating risk, and/or fraud services.
- Proficiency with DefenseEdge, Falcon, Fraud Detection Work Center, or FDR systems.
- Strong analytical skills using quantitative methods for data review.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Experience with visualization techniques for reporting data.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early/late shifts and weekends.
- Payments processing system knowledge (preferred).
- Project management experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and technical risk assessments using fraud mitigation tools and AI technology.
- Monitor fraud trends and identify risk exposure to determine necessary mitigation measures.
- Write rules and build custom fraud solutions for client portfolios.
- Coordinate the Risk Analytics team's tasks and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Resolve complex service issues and respond to escalation calls from internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and deliver BI reporting for senior leadership, boards, and examiners.
- Perform root cause analyses for various issues and manage process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence solution strategies and provide subject matter expertise.
