Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Spark (Scala, Databricks, or PySpark).
- Proven track record with ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data processing.
- Comfortable working with unstructured data.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or AWS Step Functions.
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem (Glue, EMR, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience shipping full features from idea to production.
- Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered features in production.
- Practical understanding of trade-offs between LLMs regarding cost, latency, and capability.
- Based in Europe with significant working-hours overlap with EET (Tallinn time).
Responsibilities
- Own high-impact projects end-to-end, from ideation to launch.
- Build and scale systems to process raw social media signals into trusted, customer-facing data products.
- Create and iterate on data pipelines to analyze creator location, interests, and brand collaborations.
- Develop AI-assisted search capabilities using LLMs and embeddings.
- Collaborate with data and backend engineers within the Data Insights team.
- Participate in pair programming and provide fast feedback to team members.
