Requirements
- 8–14 years of relevant cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience.
- Proven experience operating at a Staff, Senior Staff, Principal, or Architect level.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and establishing Azure infrastructure and Landing Zones.
- Production-level experience with AWS architecture (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS).
- Advanced Terraform experience including reusable modules and multi-environment patterns.
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes (AKS and EKS).
- Experience designing CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Practical Python experience for infrastructure scripting and automation.
- Strong architectural judgement in networking, security, IAM, and disaster recovery.
- Experience influencing engineering standards and mentoring technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of secure, scalable Azure infrastructure including Landing Zone architecture.
- Apply cloud architecture principles across Azure and AWS environments.
- Architect, operate, and improve production Kubernetes environments using AKS and EKS.
- Own and improve Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning and modules.
- Design and optimize infrastructure delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Build and improve observability and monitoring using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure-native tools.
- Automate operational tasks and infrastructure tooling using Python.
- Mentor infrastructure engineers through technical design reviews and knowledge sharing.
