Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of applied Python development experience in enterprise-grade environments.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications with significant uptime requirements.
- Hands-on experience with relational database systems like Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase, including query tuning and schema design.
- Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience across system design, application development, automated testing, and operational support.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience debugging complex, enterprise-level production applications.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, application resiliency patterns, and secure coding standards.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and build complex enterprise-grade applications, data-intensive services, and automation platforms.
- Deliver robust, secure, and high-performance Python systems for distributed, mission-critical production environments.
- Partner with product, data, and infrastructure teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Identify root causes of complex issues and proactively improve engineering standards.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-changing environment.
