Requirements
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an operations role supporting production teams.
- 1+ year experience using data to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of Provider data experience with a health insurance company.
- Strong proficiency navigating Excel/Google Sheets, JIRA, and/or SQL.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate departmental performance by gathering and interpreting data and metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate program strategies for change management and risk mitigation.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on systemic issues and construct action plans.
- Maintain, analyze, and communicate reporting on team KPIs to track progress against objectives.
- Manage a team with responsibility for performance management, professional growth, and HR administrative tasks.
