Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing (agency-side or brand-side) in roles focused on client service / account management, product, or technology.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping and operating enterprise production AI systems.
- Experience with agentic orchestration, tool-use protocols (MCP), and API integration.
- SQL/data warehouse fluency (BigQuery preferred).
- Experience managing and developing early-career talent.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical approaches into value for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with Dev / Engineering and Product teams.
- A first-principles problem solver capable of identifying root problems.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and move quickly from concept to build.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI solutions to automate workflows, enhance deliverables, and create net new capabilities for internal teams & clients.
- Own the full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions — concepting, building, maintenance, enhancement, reliability, and re-platforming.
- Architect solutions to securely integrate with Polaris IQ, third-party tools, and client systems.
- Partner with the Head of AI, Client Strategy leads, Media Strategists, Data Engineers, and clients to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into deployed solutions.
- Manage and develop 1-3 AI Strategists / AI Engineers through coaching, work review, and growth planning.
