Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Media, or related fields.
- Strong written English and ability to structure information clearly.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to research-heavy work.
- Willingness to learn SEO beyond following keyword checklists.
- Ability to work independently once objectives are defined.
- Ability to respond positively to feedback.
- Prior exposure to SEO, content marketing, link building, digital PR, or guest posting is preferred.
- Experience writing blogs, articles, or newsletters is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts such as backlinks, domain authority, and search intent is preferred.
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Research third-party websites, blogs, and publications for publishing opportunities.
- Evaluate websites based on relevance, content quality, and SEO indicators.
- Research competitor mentions, backlinks, and external visibility.
- Conduct topic and audience research to identify content opportunities.
- Write original guest posts, articles, and supporting content for external publication.
- Maintain records and track external content opportunities and submissions.
