Requirements
- Submit resume.

- Provide proof of physical health examination from a primary doctor.
- Successfully complete the hospice's volunteer training and orientation program.
- Demonstrate maturity and support for the hospice concept.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary group in home care, respite, inpatient, and administrative settings.
- Support patients and families under the guidance of the Volunteer Coordinator and Case Manager.
- Perform tasks such as homemaker chores, running errands, and providing respite care.
- Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation as instructed.
- Participate in volunteer support groups, educational in-services, and quality assessment activities.
- Report regularly to the Volunteer Coordinator and attend interdisciplinary group meetings.
