Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or similar sales-focused roles.
- Spoken and written fluency in English and Polish is required.
- Experience working with internal teams and stakeholders while managing external customers.
- Ability to admit mistakes and utilize actionable feedback for growth.
- Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on self-development.
- Proficiency in an additional language (ideally Spanish or Arabic) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with sales reps, partners, customers, and other internal stakeholders.
- Gain deep knowledge of HubSpot products to propose effective technical solutions.
- Understand customer challenges and deliver technical value to meet their business goals.
- Participate in and direct projects relevant to presales, sales, and the wider business.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
