Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis, data quality, data operations, reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify patterns.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Organized approach to documenting and tracking issues.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with SQL (Nice to have).
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and data validation (Nice to have).
- Familiarity with databases and basic data concepts (Nice to have).
- Experience with BI or reporting tools (Nice to have).
- Experience working with SaaS or technology products (Nice to have).
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Perform regular data quality checks across internal and product data.
- Identify missing, inaccurate, inconsistent, or duplicate data.
- Investigate data discrepancies and help determine their root causes.
- Validate data following system updates, imports, and process changes.
- Maintain data quality rules, checklists, and documentation.
- Track data quality issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
- Prepare reports on data quality findings and recurring issues.
- Monitor data trends and identify potential quality problems.
- Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to improve data reliability.
- Support testing and validation of new data workflows and product features.
