- Extensive experience in requirements gathering, elaboration, stakeholder management, and process modelling
- Technically proficient with the ability to manipulate and verify data using Python
- Understanding of project architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience with Agile processes and Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record in leading and facilitating scrum teams
- Ability to translate business goals into technical execution plans
- Degree in business administration, finance, economics, management information systems, computer science, or information technology
- IIBA or PMI certifications
- Prior experience in the EdTech domain (e-learning platforms, digital classrooms, LMS)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Create user stories, process flows and business cases
- Support development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
- Translate business needs in technical requirements
- Manage documentation and workflow diagrams
