Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in Information Security Engineering with a track record of architecting resilient systems.
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS and/or GCP.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native and container security, specifically Kubernetes.
- Advanced experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting and programming capabilities for developing security tooling and automation.
- Proven experience architecting and optimizing SIEM, SOAR, and EDR technologies.
- Strong understanding of detection engineering, alert tuning, and building detection pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience leading DevSecOps initiatives and embedding security into CI/CD environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks.
- Strong incident response and digital forensics capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee advanced security monitoring and threat detection frameworks.
- Design automated detection logic for complex attack patterns.
- Lead the integration of security into the SDLC, including SAST, DAST, and SCA within CI/CD pipelines.
- Own the end-to-end vulnerability management strategy across infrastructure and applications.
- Design and optimize security infrastructure including EDR, Zero Trust, IAM, and DLP.
- Lead the technical response to critical security incidents and conduct root-cause analyses.
- Define technical standards for compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001.
- Mentor junior and mid-level security engineers.
