Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or backend data platform development.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex data pipelines across CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, Siebel CRM, and Oracle ERP.
- Proficiency in Salesforce data tools including Data Loader, Workbench, and Inspector.
- High proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Familiarity with marketing/sales automation platforms like Demandbase, SalesLoft, and HubSpot.
- Experience with Power BI and AI-powered database optimization tools.
- Experience preparing datasets for machine learning and AI applications.
- Ability to align working hours with UK business hours.
Responsibilities
- Profile data across core revenue operations and go-to-market systems to assess data quality and reliability.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable data workflows across Salesforce, Siebel CRM, Oracle ERP, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud.
- Engineer robust data pipelines and automated transformation processes using SQL, Python, Hadoop, and Spark.
- Develop and maintain database scripts, triggers, functions, and stored procedures.
- Create automated testing and validation procedures to strengthen data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and implement data initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve data quality processes and operational practices.
