Requirements
- Associate degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business, accounting, or finance.
- 15+ years of experience in government lending, SBA/USDA, and commercial lending.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Knowledge of commercial, consumer, and portfolio lending.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Understanding of legal, closing, insurance, construction, appraisal, and environmental documents.
- Experience in audit or accounting areas of a financial institution is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jack Henry Silverlake, SageWorks, and LaserPro is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage all GL loan document files and ensure accurate, timely upload to Synergy.
- Coordinate Secondary Market sale packages and ensure reconciliation with accounting.
- Track incoming due diligence for USDA, FSA, Portfolio, and CF loans.
- Coordinate loan fundings and construction loan disbursements to ensure consistency with documentation.
- Prepare weekly Loan Funding Reports for Government Lending and Portfolio loans.
- Complete Monthly Delinquent Tax reports and monitor CoreLogic updates.
- Perform daily General Ledger reconciliations and serve as dual control for Portfolio Escrow.
- Complete loan boarding reviews and ensure core system collateral tabs are accurate.
- Coordinate collateral release documents and default letters.
