Requirements
- Experience acting as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in a production environment.
- Deep, hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
- Experience designing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Mastery of software design patterns, clean architecture, and modern distributed system design.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Proactive mindset focused on driving architectural alignment and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services.
- Oversee the implementation, evolution, and standardization of SOAP and REST APIs.
- Guarantee system reliability and scalability through testing, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Oversee the integration of legacy and modern systems.
- Drive the optimization of CI/CD workflows and automated pipelines.
- Partner with product managers and cross-border teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
