Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, managed care, population health, or Medicaid.
- Experience working with large, complex healthcare and operational datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities including dashboard development and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Maintain safeguards for protected health information and HIPAA-related requirements.
- Reliable home internet access with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational, clinical, quality, compliance, and executive dashboards.
- Integrate, reconcile, and validate information from multiple healthcare systems.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports for operational performance management and strategic planning.
- Monitor key LTSS performance indicators and state quality measures.
- Translate complex analytical findings into executive summaries and recommendations.
- Support state audits, regulatory inquiries, and corrective action plans.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Care Management, Finance, and Compliance.
