Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations within healthcare technology or related environments.
- Demonstrated success managing senior and executive stakeholders with C-suite confidence.
- Deep understanding of how physician organizations operate and measure success.
- Strong ability to work with operational data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to link customer performance and ROI to commercial expansion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools for daily productivity and analysis.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first, rapidly scaling environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically, approximately three two-day trips per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Customer Success operating model, including playbooks, account health scoring, and QBR standards.
- Own customer retention and growth across a strategic portfolio through relationship management and data-driven performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key accounts, engaging with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Represent customer priorities throughout onboarding and operations, ensuring effective internal communication and issue resolution.
- Lead recurring operational and business reporting, including monthly updates and annual strategic meetings.
- Manage the account intake process post-contract close to ensure clear information transfer from Sales to Success.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to strengthen processes and identify growth opportunities.
